1. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start the process, follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Include in your email:
    • Order number
    • Item number
    • Reason for return (detailed explanation)
    • Photo evidence of damage or defects (max 3 images; 2MB per file. Accepted formats: .jpg, .gif, .png)

Step 2: Await Approval

  • Our team will review your request and notify you via email if approved.
  • If a return is required, we’ll share the address of the nearest domestic warehouse.
    Note: Returns are only mandatory in specific cases, determined individually.

Step 3: Ship the Item (if required)

  • Return the item to the provided warehouse address within 10 business days of approval.
  • We’ll inspect the item upon receipt and process a refund or replacement.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping fees. Costs vary by location and carrier. Examples:

3. Return Address

  • We’ll provide the correct warehouse address via email after approving your return request.

4. Tracking Number Requirement

  • Tracking information is mandatory for all returns. Untracked packages may delay resolution.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days of processing the return.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email from PayPal once completed.

6. Nonreturnable Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Intimates & nightwear
  • Lingerie
  • Adult toys
  • Tattoo merchandise

Final eligibility for returns/refunds is at our discretion.
