1. Delivery Timeline

Your order’s arrival time depends on two key factors:

Delivery Method

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable service. Estimated delivery times by carrier are as follows:

  • Standard: 3–10 business days (Worldwide)
  • Express: 7–15 business days (Worldwide)

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances may occur. If your order isn’t delivered within 14 days of dispatch, you may cancel for a full refund.

2. Shipping Destinations

We deliver to most countries globally. Certain items may have destination restrictions, and we’ll notify you promptly if we cannot ship to your location.

4. Restricted Items (Logos/Batteries)

Products with brand logos (e.g., Samsung, Apple) or batteries may incur higher shipping costs due to carrier restrictions. These items are typically shipped via DHL, and we recommend coordinating customs clearance with your local agent.

5. Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated based on the item’s weight and your selected delivery method. The final shipping fee is displayed at checkout.

6. Tracking Your Order

Check your order status at any time by logging into My Account > Orders.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes

Import fees are regulated by your country’s authorities. Buyers are responsible for any applicable charges. Note that not all shipments incur customs fees.

8. Customs Delays

If customs authorities detain your package after it leaves China/Hong Kong, you’ll need to coordinate directly with local officials to clear the shipment.
